About
Jessica Aldrich, MA, LMHC, CADC
I completed my undergraduate in 2014 and graduate schooling in 2016 at the University of Iowa. Go Hawks! I interned and later began my career at a non-profit agency in the Des Moines/Newton areas working with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
I started my private practice in 2019 in Altoona and continue to serve the community and surrounding areas.
I am passionate about helping others on their journey to recovery of mental health struggles or to learn more about benefiting their mental health.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy being with my family and friends and my dog, Jadey. I enjoy exercising, crocheting, reading, watching the Hawkeyes and Boston Bruins play, getting out to local events, and also hanging out at home.
